I hope you are ready for more hats! A Maison Michel hat is at the top of my wishlist because it’s a great classic. Founded in 1936 by hatmaker Auguste Michel, Maison Michel earned its reputation by making couture creations for the likes of Christian Dior and Christian Lacroix.

Today, the house “is about modernity with a mix of wit and elegance,” as Head Designer Ms. Crahay explains. “The hats that I make are easy to wear, with less extravagant volumes.”

My all time favorite is the pink Maison Michel hat worn by gorgeous model Lena Perminova at Paris Fashion Week.
