So true! It makes the whole packing experience so much better. Everything will go with everything! Just pick your favorite items in a color theme and off you go!Just traveled from the US to Germany and packed everything in white, gray and black with a few exceptions like my new red sneakers, which by the way have been the best traveling shoe.  They look nice and are great for running around in the city.
